At Jacky Digital, we start with a good, solid organizational foundation. We analyze what information a business is trying to communicate. We work with our clients to help organize that information into manageable pieces and then build our foundation which is the website navigation. At the end of the day, if your customers cannot easily find the information you are trying to convey, then in our opinion, the website has failed in it's primary mission. All the flash and sizzle in the world does not make the flow of information better, in many cases it makes it worse.

Next, we look at what functionality can be utlized to achieve interactivity between business and customers. Is a "contact form" really needed? What about a login area for customers who need information you don't always wan't to give to the public. Do you need to collect data in a database? We look at all of these scenarios to help determine what functionality options will enhance the website.
