Happy New Year! We hope you are looking as forward to 2009 as we are! January 1 marks the debut of our latest project, an online shopping presence for Handmade.
 Handmade has one of the largest collections of yarns in the Northwest, and with over 2000 products in the online catalog, including yarns, notions, needles and more. We implemented an off-the-shelf shopping solution for Handmade, provided product photography for over 2000 items of yarn, and provided training to their staff on how to manage the shopping cart. Some of the features included are a Customer Account Management system, integrated shipping quotes, a robust administrative back office that allows for easy product and category management, an "On Sale" tool for making quick discount sales a snap, a full order tracking and communication system which means Handmade's customers will always know what the status of their order is!
